Whole bunch of FF's............

Cray-1 ECL module with "F"s handwritten on most of the 16-pin packages. The amount of marked IC's per module varies, some have none, some (as in this one) are all marked. Photographs of modules from (presumably) other machines show similar markings. Indication/disposition TBD........
